the Chelsea Antiques Fair is now the oldest Fair in Britain, and possibly the World! Chelsea Antiques Fair was established in 1950, and from 1951 to 1984 was run by Josephine Graham Ballin, establishing its fine reputation across the globe, and especially in the United States. From September 1984 to the present, Caroline Penman has been at the helm.
